C.J. MacLellan & Associates Inc.  (CJMac) is currently seeking an Intermediate Structural designer for its Antigonish, NS location. Qualifications include 2 to 5 years experience in buildings and industrial process applications of structural analysis and problem solving.  The incumbent will be field versatile to meet with clients, review on-site specific applications and/or problems, develop possible solutions, analyze and complete CAD based design for implementation.  Through regular liaison with the senior engineer, designs will be approved and issued for implementation.Qualified individuals should have a base of experience in concrete foundation, wood frame, and conventional steel construction; be proficient in AutoCAD; and have the ability to apply structural analysis software (S-frame or equivalent). Additional duties include providing client liaison, site review meetings, and compliance inspections to deliver the desired products to our long standing industrial and building sector clients.   Engineer or Technologist registration will be considered for this position.
